Jeffrey Bornstein is a highly experienced and well-regarded trial lawyer with extensive expertise in white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and regulatory matters. He spent almost two decades in both the criminal and civil divisions of the San Francisco United States Attorney’s Office before joining a major international law firm as a partner.
