Victoria has worked in various high-profile roles throughout her career, including serving as the Associate Director for Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs at the U.S. Department of Commerce during President Obama's administration, where she spearheaded several policy initiatives that helped spur economic growth and innovation. She also served as the founding Executive Director of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus, where she played a crucial role in shaping the national policy agenda for Asian Americans and other ethnic minorities.
