Saikat Halder

Saikat Halder is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over 13 years of experience, specializing in Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, and HR Operations.

Throughout his career, Saikat has successfully led various initiatives in campus and lateral recruitment, as well as managed both permanent and temporary workforce requirements.

He has a strong background in process improvement and change management, demonstrated through his involvement in projects such as transitions, mergers and acquisitions, setting up new centers, and developing industry-education interfaces.

Currently, Saikat Halder holds the role of Talent Acquisition Lead at KPMG Global Services, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

Saikat completed his PGDBM in Human Resource & Marketing from the prestigious Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management (IISWBM). He also pursued a BA in English from Ramakrishna Mission Residential College under Calcutta University.

His educational foundation includes completing Class X and XII at Vivekananda Mission School, showcasing his dedication to academic excellence.
