He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and has completed his high school education at the International School Bangkok where he studied International Baccalaureate. With over a decade of experience, Reiss has held numerous senior positions in reputable organizations such as MarketFactory, KBC Financial Products, Societe Generale, and Merrill Lynch, where he has demonstrated a deep understanding of the market's inner workings while effectively delivering results using his extensive knowledge of financial technology.

Currently, Reiss serves as the Director of New Business Sales, Americas at MarketFactory, where he plays a strategic role in attracting new clients and growing MarketFactory's presence in the Americas. Before that, he held the position of Director of Customer Success at MarketFactory, where he was responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and generating customer loyalty. Reiss began his professional career as an Assistant Vice President at Merrill Lynch, where he was part of the firm's Foreign Exchange Sales team.
