From strategic governance and planning down to tactical execution, Richard works hand-in-hand with this customer as a trusted advisor.As an outsourcer, Richard continues to champion ServiceNow's evolution into being a world-class platform that can support sourced and multi-sourced environments for our Service Provider customers.  Aligning challenges unique to massive scale roll outs with hundreds of customers on board a single instance with ServiceNow BU understanding of such challenges and working together to bring world-class solutions to overall challenges.  Richard played part of a team that migrated over 200 accounts from legacy BMC technology onto ServiceNow platform within 24 months and spearheaded a future-proof architecture and governance model to support the partner's outsourcing businesses.As a partner, Richard helps in aligning ServiceNow's strategic goals and the partner's strategic goals and connecting any gaps that may result.  Richard was part of an alliance that is seen as a leader in our alliances and channels organization and blazed trails for other partnerships to follow.   Richard also supports the partner's Federal division that specializes in government contracts and elevated risk and secure solutions.  Working with ServiceNow's FedRAMP and USG support teams to drive value to the partner and grow the ServiceNow ecosystem along with aligning the new products to market.  This partner closed one of the largest Customer Service Management deals to date.

Richard joined the Managed Service Provider team as a Solutions Develop Manager taking on PS responsibilities for half of the MSPs across the Americas.  Richard's focus was the align strategy with platform direction for MSPs and scope implementations, manage partner enablement and provide overall quality oversight to all of the deliveries within his territory.In charge of some of the largest MSPs in ServiceNow, Richard provided guidance to both start up MSP and larger, more mature, MSPs to identify processes and governance structures around their go-to-market strategies and assisted in building blue print designs.  Richard has played a large part of a core team that has assisted in the lead of domain separated strategy within ServiceNow as it applies to their MSP offerings.

Richard has been instrumental in the development of key practices such as the IT Transformation and Innovation Development Frameworks. creation of ROI models, and working with the Cross Functional ITSM process groups to align vision, sales and delivery for the clients. Richard also leads large complex solutions for IT Outsourcing through RFP responses through transition and transformation across all service delivery including ITSM, Service Desk, end user computing, and Enterprise infrastructure management.

Richard was brought on to lead the technology at HealthNews, Inc.  Leading a team of software engineers located in eastern Europe and western US, Richard architected a custom CMS workflow to enable curation and content generation for the HealthNews web site.  A core goal was to evolve a simple news outlet into a social media engine drove the needs for a custom designed platform that could be leveraged.  The business plan morphed based on the changing marketplace and the emergence of video, microsales and video ad sales.   The technology components of creating an underlying video content management and eCommerce engine became the next focus.  Richard architected a mass video microsale and distribution engine and lead the SDLC for it. Mevesi, Inc. was started as a project between Richard Win and his business partner (now CEO/President of Mevesi, Inc).  It is the merger of Richard's technical expertise in data storage, design and integration along with his web development expertise coupled with his business partner's extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.   The result was a next generation business intelligence and automation suite designed specifically for the pharmacy vertical.Today Mevesi, Inc. has grown into a sustainable company with a customer retention rate over 90% and a growing list of pharmacy customers while adding additional revenue streams.  Partnered with several of the top pharmacy automation suites, Mevesi provides a unique niche solution that is a must have for pharmacies.The application is built on Cloud-based CentOS/RHEL servers.  The business layer is developed as a Java application leveraging Apache/Tomcat and leverages MySQL backend databases.  Integration and data ETL is performed using Pentaho data transformation suites.  The GUI was built using Sencha's EXTJS framework.

Richard reported directly to the VP of Sales and CTO for Pepperweed Consulting.  As a Principal Consultant, he was responsible for pre and post sales support.  Richard architected overall solutions and structures.  Richard played a core role in revitalizing the sales process by introducing consultative selling and emerged as the top revenue generator for the company from 2003 through 2009.A key role int he growth of the company, Richard architected complex engagements around IT Service Management, Transformation and building Operations Centers.  Key customers and accomplishments include:o	Transforming Arizona Public Services' IT into a business aligned, mature IT Service Management shop leveraging ITIL frameworks and principalso	Building the core strategy for Dish Network's Dish Operations Center (DOC). Richard started as an associate technical consultant and quickly worked his way up to Solution Architect through his tenure at Hewlett Packard.  As a technical consultant, Richard participated in a group that built the first real-time Internet Banking solution for large midwest bank.  He also created a biometric token screening and verification solution for the claims department of a large insurance company.  As a managing consulting, Richard managed the overall technology direction for a UAT lab for a large network and telephony company in NJ and Virginia.  He lead a team of 4 technicians to support ongoing development and support of the home-grown CRM through its release cycles and worked closely with the business end users through testing and requirements.As a solution architect, Richard Built the Operations Center for a large NY/NJ cancer facility that monitored their first paperless hospital.  Richard leveraged HP technologies and augmented the capabilities into a visualization of Business Services and how technologies and components were used to deliver these business services.  This was a first of its kind and changed the way the client viewed IT.  This transformation later became common throughout the industry leveraging CMDB and service maps.  However, in 1998 it was new and radical concept.Richard also played a key part in architecting the monitoring technology using HP OpenView for <a href="http://BarnesandNobles.com">BarnesandNobles.com</a> implementing a suite of technologies to monitor the servers and applications.
