Lori Cooper is a seasoned business advisor with a vast array of expertise in change leadership, organizational design, strategic planning, and talent effectiveness. She holds degrees from the University of South Florida and has complemented her education with courses in retirement coaching and professional coaching from Retirement Options and iPEC Coaching, respectively. Throughout her career, Lori has held various positions in the HR departments of well-known companies, including Franklin Templeton Investments, Citi, and Seminole Electric Cooperative.

She spent several years at Franklin Templeton Investments, where she transferred from a Human Resource Assistant to a Director, Human Resources (HR Business Partner). During her tenure at Franklin Templeton, Lori also served as a Sr. Talent Programs Designer, HR Consultant, and Sr. Compensation Consultant. Her broad experience equips her with a unique perspective on HR issues ranging from executive compensation to expatriate assignees, employee engagement, conflict dynamics, and sales compensation.
