Felipe Collares Chaves is an accomplished finance professional with over 15 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), operational, and commercial finance. With a strong track record in delivering on business objectives, Felipe has held various leadership positions in FP&A, including his most recent role as Senior Director of Free Cash Flow, Life Sciences at GE Healthcare.

Felipe has excelled in delivering year-over-year growth in cash flow by implementing successful FP&A tools, creativity, and long-lasting partnerships with commercial teams, clients, and vendors. In his previous roles, he supported commercial expansion to new markets, established FP&A processes, and built tools for better managing the business and delivering on productivity.

Felipe has received multiple awards and recognition for exceptional partnership and support in multiple roles at GE Healthcare. His experience in implementing digital tools and managing short and long-term planning for a $20 billion Healthcare tech global business has enabled him to partner with C-level leadership to drive operational rigor to expand margins and generate cash. Through insightful analytics, he has enabled leadership teams to make educated decisions on capital allocation and define winning customer solutions.

Felipe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and International Business from Darla Moore School of Business, an MBA from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, and studied Economics and Economic History at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Currently, he serves as the Head Of Financial Planning Analysis at Harvey Building Products, where he manages financial planning, analysis, and business partner activities across the organization.
