He has worked with various donors like the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, the UK Department for International Development, USAID, Embassy of the Netherlands, and Gatsby Charitable Foundation, among others.

Isiaho has applied international best practices and standards like the Donor Committee for Enterprise Development standard in his work. His expertise covers rural, peri-urban, and urban areas across East, Central, and Southern Africa, focusing on sectors like Financial Services, WASH, Dairy, Livestock, Aquaculture, Cotton, Inputs, Media, Policy, and Vulnerable groups. He is skilled in the 'Making Markets Work for the Poor' (M4P) approach.
