A flexible worker who has contributed to many aspects of the business dependent on need.Responsibilities have included:- designing and implementing Wallaroo's metrics capturing system, utilizing Elixir as a lightweight real-time metrics data store to feed updates to a UI. - Implementing a TCP Transport layer for Phoenix channels to allow for direct communication from our stream processing platform to our web backend without the use of web-sockets.- running Wallaroo performance regression tests, identifying regressions, and contributing to fixing found regressions in the Wallaroo framework, the Pony language/compiler, and the Linux environment.- adding internal automated orchestration and development support for Wallaroo in Azure and Google Cloud Platform, which includes performance tuning the Linux environment for each provider for optimal Wallaroo performance.- managing and streamlining the Wallaroo release process.- adding Docker and Vagrant support for Wallaroo's installation process to make getting started easier.- adding the ability for sources to exist on multiple Wallaroo workers and contributing to implementing the ability for sources to migrate across workers.

- Responsible for upgrading two legacy applications from Rails 3 to Rails 4 and to the latest Sellect platform release.* Implemented an internal postage gem that would allow clients to use several carriers to generate shipping labels and dynamically determine shipping rates for customers.* Responsible for integrating Google Analytics and setting up a Google Product Feed for client sites.* Refactored several integrations of social API's for the social aspect of the Sellect platform.
