Texadane was a company focused on import/export and Leadership seminars. I created the company as a personal interest and based upon my experience setting up Leadership seminars through my position as board member and chairman of the officer corps.The leadership seminars focused upon specifics within Change Management, Organizational Analysis and Design, and how to utilize budgeting as a direct management and planning tool. The import and export part focused initial on setting up a business selling Paracord bracelets where the surplus was donated to an organization focused on financial help to military families with wounded or killed veterans. The next endeavor was importing US produced grills and reselling them in Denmark and other Scandinavian countries.As this was a private single-person enterprise the company was closed once I relocated Texas from Denmark.

I have flown in excess of 1800 hours in a multitude of environments and conditions. Worked extensively with Operational Risk Management and Risk Mitigation, and Human Factors while being directly responsible for equipment worth more than $50MM.As an executive board member representing the officer corps, I was directly involved for over 3 years in setting performance standard, developing and implementing strategy initiatives and organizational changes, and personnel issues to include salary negotiations.As an instructor pilot, responsible for training, selecting and evaluating future fighter pilots in a multi cultural environment at NATO training school at Sheppard AFB, TX. Directly involved in several cross functional large scale and senior level projects as well as directly supervising fellow instructors and officers. For more than two years I was the official VIP public speaker representing my division, speaking to, amongst others, US Congress Senators and Representatives. I received several awards and recommendation while in this position to include Mayoral recommendation and an overall ranking as part of the top three officers out of almost 100.
