Troy Nelson is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in retail, customer-related roles, corporate finance, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, store operations, supply chain, and customer-centric marketing, among other fields. A graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and the University of Washington, he has held leadership roles at several reputable organizations, including Nordstrom, Apollo Global Management LLC, Claire's Inc., and Nike, where he is currently an influential Vice President.

As the head of the Global Nike Value Marketplace team, Nelson partners with more than 30,000 Nike Athletes (retail associates) across 850 stores and over 100 countries to create a vision and deliver new capabilities that power Nike's purpose of uniting the world through sport.
