Dianne M. Heiler is a seasoned strategic leader with over two decades of experience in package engineering, value chain management, and new product development. She has a proven track record of delivering results with efficiency, regulatory compliance, cost savings, quality systems, and strategy for various industries, including food, consumer products, and biotechnology. Ms. Heiler earned her M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, where she developed her expertise in carbon mitigation and environmental management. She is a certified LEED Green Associate, a GRI Certified trainer, and an ISO 14001:2004 Internal Auditor.

Ms. Heiler is the Director of Global Packaging and Labeling Solutions at Repligen Corporation. She founded her consultancy firm and has worked with companies like Nestlé Corporation, Applied Biosystems, Method Products, and other well-known brands. She has been published in Packaging World Magazine, serves as a non-profit organization's former Board of Directors member, and is a former president of the Institute of Packaging Professionals (IOPP) Golden Gate Chapter.

Ms. Heiler has also been recognized for her environmental initiatives. In 2014, she was an MIT Climate Co-Lab Fellow, an EDF Climate Corps Fellow with the Dow Chemical Company, and a Hult Prize Regional Finalist. She also led a post-Superstorm Sandy project in 2014 for the Environmental Protection Agency's Region 2 Pollution Prevention Team.
