Mladen Tcherveniakov is a highly experienced senior finance and business development professional, known for his expertise in investment and value-creation, post-acquisition integration, and managing capital allocation in portfolio companies. He has led and supported $30 billion worth of highly complex transactions globally as part of General Electric's deconglomerization and core growth.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics/Government, Magna Cum Laude from St. Lawrence University, and studied an International Program in Business/Managerial Economics at Københavns Universitet. Tcherveniakov also studied at GE Crotonville, Columbia University - Columbia Business School, and London Business School, where he completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)-Executive Program, respectively.

Currently, Tcherveniakov is the Senior Director of M&A and Commercial Finance at Shell, where he focuses on investments that make decarbonization a reality, across electric vehicle charging, solar/wind projects, and innovative technology solutions. Previously, he was Commercial Finance Director at GE Renewable Energy and Director of M&A and Strategy at GE Capital. He has held various other positions at General Electric, including Strategy Finance Leader and Manager, Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) at General Electric (GE) and Analyst, Financial Management Program (FMP) at General Electric Transportation.
