Leo Spaeder is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive educational background and extensive experience in the United States Marine Corps. He holds a Master of Operational Studies from the Marine Corps University, a Master of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University, and is currently pursuing a Master in Systems Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School. Spaeder also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus in Marketing and Legal Studies & Business Ethics from the prestigious Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

During his time in the Marine Corps, Spaeder held a variety of leadership positions, including Company Commander, Battalion Operations Officer, Logistics Advisor, and Officer-in-Charge, among others.
