Dougie Major is an experienced technology consultant, self-taught programmer, and a passionate problem-solver. With an interest in technology from a young age, he has excelled across multiple sectors working for large multi-nationals managing some of the most powerful teams in the industry. A graduate of the University of York where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance, and The London School of Economics and Political Science where he obtained a Master's Degree in Management and Information Systems. Major's professional career began as a Summer Intern at Procter & Gamble before founding Caffeine19 where he ran his own web design agency. He later went on to work for Accenture as an Analyst and Consultant before moving on to AWS in a similar role as a Cloud Consultant, having the opportunity to work with some of the industries top trends as well as managing clients of his own.

Beyond his professional career, Major has a passion for rugby, as well as personal learning, currently working towards achieving professional certifications to enhance his already sizable repertoire. His passion for learning combined with his talent for programming and problem solving have made him an asset to the industry, and allowed him to excel in his career.
