Michael Blumeyer: the founder of Blumeyer Investment Partners, a quant hedge fund, is an accomplished business professional with a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Finance from the University of San Diego School of Business. Blumeyer's journey began with MBA Aces with Blumeyer which he began while still an undergraduate. Serving over 50 clients, Blumeyer taught business students advanced financial modeling skills, creative thinking, and innovation to analyze firm's financial statements using various methods such as discounted cash flow or other M&A analyses.

Post-graduation, Blumeyer interned at Brandes Investment Partners where he learned hands-on trading and research experience. He sharpened his knowledge on Behavioral finance and derivatives, especially OTM calls with mentorship from Associate Professor of Finance Ryan McKeon, PhD, honing his expertise in these areas.

Blumeyer later co-founded Blumeyer Investment Partners to achieve his dream of becoming a quant hedge fund. To gain more knowledge, he attended seminars at UCLA, where he engaged with Ph.D. finance candidates, challenging himself to reach his full potential in finance.

Blumeyer is an accomplished professional with diverse experiences, including a Trading Settlements and Risk Management Analyst at Brandes Investment Partners, Senior Business Analyst at Top 500 Inc Magazine Company, and Associate Assistant at ATS Advanced Trustee Strategies. Blumeyer also enjoys tutoring MBA finance, lead tennis instructing, and being a bank teller.
