- Sold Sigma Pi Fraternity membership and recognition to university administrators and undergraduates.  •	Developed and oversaw a dynamic and aggressive expansion program targeting cold-starts, interest groups, and colonies. •	Served as spokesperson and guest speaker for the international headquarters at university and fraternity sponsored events and workshops.•	Achieved the best expansion results in the Fraternity’s 107 year history and recorded a 167% colony increase and a 57% chartering increase over the previous two year period.
