Key Achievements:  •	Implemented documentation and procedures to better design and improve efficiency and performance to a production environment at four different physical location within the corporate organization.•	Served as a bridge between Infrastructure, development, QA, DBA and new technologies toward the final implementation of more than 200 applications.•	Validated new applications and releases on a change control environment for all internal (corporate), trading support, client services, trading platform and external clients and partners over and extended amount of technologies like Java, .Net, HTML, and others.

Interacted extensively with all ECNs regarding connectivity and trade resolution. Oversaw hardware and in-house software distribution change management functions. Implemented and supported Mail Exchange servers, ensuring optimal operations. Established and executed standardized policies and procedures. Procured and implemented all market data services including Reuters, Bloomberg, Hyperfeed, and Realtick. Provided technical support to remote users; connected traders and supplied access software. Supervised 8 Server / Network Engineers. Key Achievements:  •	Analyzed existing trading infrastructure, computers, and trade floor issues in order to ensure optimal, cost-effective operations.•	Spearheaded several major projects that optimized IT services including implementation of a Veritas cluster/backup solution for shadow self-clearing system, and an Arcserv data backup solution. •	Project led the migration from Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2000 server platform.•	Partnered with developers and internal support team members to provide technical support and troubleshoot an FIX 2.0 environment. •	Served as Data Center/ Infrastructure Manager; analyzed and implemented existing and new technologies to enhance IT services operations.
