Shang-Yi Yu is a skilled software engineer who has extensive experience developing high-performance backend services and building high-availability cloud infrastructure for the cybersecurity industry. He has a strong interest in software engineering and system design and believes that communication and collaboration are the keys to team and customer success.

Yu's technical skills include expertise in programming languages such as Python (using PySpark and WebService) and Golang (using WebService). He has extensive experience with AWS Cloud services such as Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), Identity and Access Management (IAM), SQS, RDS, CloudFormation, APIGateway, Lambda, and Web Application Firewall (WAF).

Yu attended National Chiayi Senior High School, where he earned his high school diploma. He then studied electronic engineering at National Taipei University of Technology, where he earned his bachelor's degree. He also spent time at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, where he studied as a visiting student in information technology.

Yu's past professional experience includes working as a software engineer at Trend Micro and as a frontend developer intern at NuLand. He has also worked as a software developer intern at Sunbird Software and as a teacher assistant at National Taipei University of Technology's English Corner.
