Wake Norris is a professional with a diverse background in strategy, business development, and product management, having worked in various positions at well-known companies such as Emerson, Wieland Group, and Willow Ridge Global. After completing his BE from Vanderbilt University and his MBA from The Ohio State University, Wake started his career in strategic analysis and planning at Battelle Memorial Institute and Business Technology Center. Later, he worked as a Strategic Planner and Strategic Analyst at Emerson, focusing on various business units. He then transitioned into management roles as Director of Planning & Development, Director of Integrated Products Division, Director of Product Management, and Director of Business Development & Strategic Planning within the refrigeration, energy systems, and embedded computing business units. Wake also has experience in entrepreneurship, having founded Silverband. He is a member of Founders Pledge and currently serves as the Director of Strategy & Business Development at Wieland Group.
