Agustín Ochoa is a 30-year veteran in the IT industry, having worked for global companies and led various digital transformation initiatives. With expertise in web, apps, cloud, ERP, IoT, BI, ML & AI, he spearheads IT Full Portfolio Services, Agile Methodologies, and global & offshore projects. He's an Innovation Lecturer in Design Thinking and has managed large and complex contracts with global vendors.

His experience covers the services, logistics, customs – international commerce, retail, banking & insurance, ITO, and BPO industries. Agustín studied at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and the University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business, and furthered his knowledge with an Innovation Program at Universidad Tecmilenio.

Currently an IT Director at Transplace, he has previously worked as a Senior Account Management, Business Development, HT & PMO at Softnet Soluciones SA de CV, VP, Offshore Projects - Innovation Group at Xerox, CIO & PMO at ING, and as a Docente a tiempo parcial at Universidad Tecmilenio, among others. His expertise has afforded him P&L and Human Resource (Recruitment & Ops) responsibilities across cross-cultural and functional global teams.
