Andrew Partridge is an expert in the European anime industry, known for his extensive experience in business development, theatrical distribution, licensing, acquisitions, digital and VOD projects, home video PR and marketing, events coordination, and merchandising. He is the President of Anime Limited, a UK and French-based company focused on the theatrical distribution and home video publication of a range of famous titles. He works also as a consultant on several anime projects and manages brands across both territories. Partridge is also the founder and current festival director of the non-profit Scotland Loves Animation, which raises the profile of theatrical anime in the United Kingdom.
Partridge attended the University of Edinburgh, where he obtained an MSc by Research in Linguistics and an MA in Linguistics and Artificial Intelligence. He has also participated in the Starter for 6 program. His roles before Anime Limited include UK Business Development and Head of Acquisitions at Kazé and Beez Entertainment, where he also worked as a Marketing Consultant and Marketing Assistant.
