Julie Bainbridge is an accomplished executive and expert in customer operations, trust and safety, and product quality. With a Doctor of Jurisprudence in Public Policy and Law from the New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from San Diego State University, Bainbridge has led teams and initiatives at some of the world's top companies and government offices. She served as the Head of Customer Success at PayPal's Global Merchant Services and as Director of Product Quality at Amazon. Additionally, Bainbridge was a Senior Compliance Manager at Insurent Agency Corporation and a Research and Policy Analyst at the office of Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani.
Bainbridge has also held leadership roles as Head of Trust and Safety for APAC at Uber and as the Global Head of Brand Risk Management at PayPal. As the current Global Head of Customer Operations at Qualtrics, she oversees a range of customer-facing programs, building strong relationships with clients around the world.
