Michael Singleton is an accomplished executive search and assessment consultant with a breadth of experience in the nonprofit sector. At Russell Reynolds Associates, he focuses on high-profile executive searches for cultural, philanthropic, and educational institutions. Drawing on his expertise in contemporary art and campus-based museums, Michael recruits impactful, next-generation leaders who are committed to advancing racial, gender, and economic equity. Prior to his current role, he served as a project manager for The Rhodes Project in London, where he led a research initiative dedicated to exploring the experiences of women Rhodes Scholars. Michael received his BA with distinction in English from Yale University.
