Mike Podobnik is a seasoned People & Culture leader with a rich background in hypergrowth startups and evolving enterprises. With over 20 years of experience in driving transformative change in diverse environments, Podobnik has become an expert in developing and implementing data-driven, scalable people strategies that enable companies to grow and thrive.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington, Podobnik went on to work for some of the most significant technology companies in the world, including Microsoft, Expedia Group, and Medallia, where he held various leadership roles in talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and employee experience.

Today, Podobnik is the Vice President of People at Cribl, where he leads the company's people strategies to attract, develop, and enable top talent. He is also an advisor to several companies, including Eightfold.ai, GoodTime.io, Therma, and Teamable, and has previously worked with Lever and PeopleTech Partners.

On a personal note, Podobnik is a cycling enthusiast and has embarked on charity rides such as The Ability Experience's Journey of Hope.
