Siddhartha Gunti, a Computer Science graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay, is the co-founder of Adaface, a startup that provides a top-rated talent assessment product. Siddhartha has extensive experience in entrepreneurship, product management, hiring and software engineering. Before co-founding Adaface, he worked as a Product & Hiring Consultant at FusionCharts, a Product Manager at Headout, and a Senior Analyst at Goldman Sachs. He also worked as a Software Engineer at Headout and a Software Engineering Intern at Samsung Noida Lab. In addition to his impressive career in tech, Siddhartha co-founded PaxPlay and developed games as well. He also interned at the University of Alberta. With a passion for building the best talent assessment product, Siddhartha's bot, Ada, is smart, accurate, and liked by candidates.
