Dante Fichera

Dante Fichera is the owner and operator of Independent Investment Bankers Corp. (IIB), a registered broker-dealer supporting national investment banking professionals in M&A and capital raising activities for middle and lower middle market companies.

With a diversified background in the securities industry, Dante brings a wealth of experience from companies like Coopers & Lybrand, Ernst & Young, Merrill Lynch, and Linsco/Private ledger (LPL). He has held financial and operational leadership roles in both large and small firms.

Throughout his career, Dante has played a vital role in numerous M&A and capital raising transactions, along with leading over 100 financial and compliance audits. Holding multiple licenses including Series 24, 27, 7, 66, 99, and 79, he earned his CPA in California in 1994 and holds a Degree in Accountancy from San Diego State University.

Dante Fichera's specialties include broker dealer services, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, capital formation, private placement, private equity, institutional investor relations, and investment banking.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Dante enjoys road and mountain biking, boating, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), off-roading, and camping.

He currently serves as the President and Founder of Independent Investment Bankers Corp.
