With a strong background in program strategy, implementation, evaluation, stakeholder engagement, client management, writing, communication, and event design, Rachel has successfully spearheaded multi-million dollar partnerships and programs benefiting numerous individuals globally.

Her educational background includes an MA in International Educational Development from Teachers College of Columbia University, a BA in French and English from The Ohio State University, and advanced French studies at Université de Bourgogne.

Rachel has held key roles such as Portfolio Lead in Strategic & Partner Programs at Solve - MIT, Social Impact Consultant, and Social Sector Career Coach. She has also contributed her expertise to organizations like L'Oréal, the U.S. State Department, and the Institute of International Education in various capacities.
