Business Services Manager

In 2017 I moved into this team leadership position. As the Business Services Coordinator I am responsible for the daily management  of the internal recruitment and business support functions across the business.

I am also a Certified PRISM Practitioner, allowing me to utilise a sophisticated, online neuroscience-based instrument to identify behavioural preferences that directly relate to personal relationships and work performance.

Moved into an internal recruitment role at Quanta working in conjunction with the leadership and management team in order to source talent directly for Quanta.

Sourcing candidates across all Quanta’s business areas in line with recruitment strategies whilst maintaining both candidate and stakeholder expectations, ensuring a high standard of service at all times. Working with key stakeholders to understand the business needs in order to identify and attract premium talent to Quanta, managing the full recruitment lifecycle

In-House Talent & Recruitment Partner

Focussing on the Research and Development areas of Semiconductors we recruit largely for Manufacturers and Vendors on an international basis.

I currently work within the Semiconductor team as a Delivery Executive here at Quanta; I am dedicated to resourcing and headhunting niche Semiconductor Candidates.  This involves working in unison with hiring managers and candidates to offer a highly professional and dynamic service

Summary of Accountabilities -
-  Liaising heavily with both Client Resourcing Teams and hiring managers.
-  Responsible for delivery of highly skilled and suitable candidates
-  Management of both contractors and perm staff through entire recruitment lifecycle through to contract completion
-  Build and developing key business partnerships

Delivery Executive

My position at LloydsTSB was based within a small branch supervising the front line cashiers and providing excellent customer service.
My main responsibilities were handling cash, dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and face to face.
I was also the branch first aider and fire marshall.
Whilst with LloydsTSB I successfully completed my NVQ Level 2 and 3 in customer service.
