Stephen Adili

Stephen Adili is a seasoned banker with over 11 years of experience in various areas of banking including process development, operations, finance, product development, pricing, and sales.

His expertise lies in digital banking, driving financial inclusion, and promoting digital payments. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance and Investment, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, and is a Certified Process Professional (CPP).

Stephen completed his MSc in Finance and Investment at Coventry University and his BBA in Accounting at the University of Eastern Africa Baraton.

Throughout his career, Stephen has held key roles in renowned organizations such as CRDB Bank Plc, where he served as the Head of Consumer Banking. He also has a rich history at NMB Bank Plc, where he held positions including Head of Retail Products, Senior Manager of Liabilities Products, Senior Manager of Retail Liabilities, Insurance Services and VAS, Manager of Cash and Electronic Services, Financial Analyst, Business Process Development Officer, and Bank Officer in Branch Operations.

Prior to his banking roles, Stephen was the Chief Accountant at the SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH.
