Patrick Roux is an accomplished corporate lawyer, with expertise in equity fundraising, M&A and corporate venturing. Patrick has a particular interest in the technology-enabled and FinTech sectors. He has studied History of African Diaspora at School for International Training in Ghana, and holds a Masters in International Law from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. Patrick has also completed his Legal Practice Course in Law from BPP Law School, with Distinction. Prior to his current role as Legal Counsel at Anthemis Group, Patrick has worked as Corporate and Venture Capital Senior Associate at Kemp Little LLP, Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills, and Secondee - Global M&A Team at Willis. He is an experienced lawyer who has worked on many successful transactions in the past, and continues to help clients navigate the complex landscape of equity fundraising, corporate venturing, and M&A.
