VaynerMedia is a full-service digital agency that works with some of the biggest brands in the world on their marketing strategies.

I was hired by Gary Vaynerchuk (CEO of VaynerMedia) to work on his team (Team GaryVee). There, I worked on Gary's personal brand ("GaryVee") and helped service a handful of VaynerMedia's Fortune 500 clients.

For Gary's personal brand, I created content, ran paid marketing campaigns, and helped oversee the content strategy and distribution for Gary's YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. Additionally, I collaboratively created the "GaryVee Content Model," an 80+ page deck that gives an in-depth explanation of how Team GaryVee operates and distributes content for the "GaryVee" brand.

In addition to the above, I helped service a handful of VaynerMedia clients and initiatives close to Gary's brand. These projects included the following:
-  Strategized and launched the "Apple Support" YouTube channel
-  Created Adorama's YouTube content and distribution strategy
-  Worked with JPMorgan Chase to produce the "#AskGaryVee with Chase for Business"
-  Audited and revised J&J Baby's (a Johnson & Johnson brand) YouTube strategy
-  Managed all Facebook Ads for Michael Ovitz's book, "Who Is Michael Ovitz"
-  Helped optimize Mountain Dew's (a PepsiCo brand) 2018 Super Bowl commercial on YouTube

Why I left:
Working at VaynerMedia was an invaluable experience that allowed me to garner a deep understanding of the agency world, marketing, and personal branding. I worked as the Director of Channel Operations and Optimization for ScaleLab's gaming division. While there, ScaleLab was the 7th largest multi-channel network on the YouTube platform and was named “Fastest Growing Media Company in the US” by Inc. Magazine in 2018.

My responsibilities included working with a variety of clients on social media optimization, content strategy, and brand partnerships. This work consisted of having hour-long consultations with clients on a weekly to monthly basis on how they can best optimize their YouTube channels through metadata (search engine optimization), channel branding, adjustments to their content strategies, and community engagement best practices. Created a subnetwork under Freedom! called Exruse.

Exruse focused almost exclusively on helping gaming content creators grow their viewership and ad revenue on the YouTube platform.

In ~March 2016, the network was moved under Content Pixel at Pongalo. However, after a small series of professional disputes with Content Pixel's management team, I decided to shut down the network entirely.
