Elga Casciano is an accomplished UX Researcher and Data analyst with a background in Humanities and digital communication. Elga holds a Laurea Triennale cum laude in Lettere/Studi umanistici from the prestigious Università degli Studi di Roma 'La Sapienza' and a Laurea Magistrale cum laude in Media, Comunicazione digitale e girnalismo from Sapienza Università di Roma. She is an experienced collaborator in cattedra and has taught Marketing to Fashion Studies students at Sapienza Università di Roma.

Elga is currently a UX Researcher e Data analyst at CONFLUX - User Experience Research & Design, where she applies her knowledge of Digital Communication and Humanities to create designs that anticipate user behavior. Prior to her role at CONFLUX, Elga was a social media analyst at SWG S.p.A. and a UX Researcher at Sapienza Università di Roma. She has also gained experience as a Jr. Data Analyst at Osservatorio Social Tv, a User Experience Researcher at Conflux - user experience design and research, and a Social Media Manager at Fleming Bar S.a.S.

Elga has a strong interest in conducting user research, performing social media analysis, and using data to drive design decisions. Her expertise in digital communication, combined with her passion for humanities, give her a unique perspective that makes her an asset in any UX design team.
