Paul Marsland is an accomplished production supervisor, lighting designer, and electrician with an extensive background in theater, art, and technology. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology.

With more than two decades of experience in the industry, Paul has honed his skills in fact-finding, budgeting, communication, and project management. He is known for creating an environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and collaboration while delivering results that exceed expectations. He has worked for various organizations, including the City of Raleigh, Narrowcast, Carolina Ballet, Peace College (now William Peace University), and Progress Energy Center for the Performing Arts.

As a freelancer, Paul has contributed his expertise to numerous lighting design projects for theater productions, concerts, events, and installations. He is a versatile and flexible professional who can adapt to various challenges and demands while maintaining his high standards of quality and excellence.
