Keith Southerland is a highly experienced executive search professional with over 30 years in the healthcare industry. With a focus on mission-driven organizations, he has helped hundreds of healthcare providers around the country attract top talent for key leadership positions. Southerland's experience spans a variety of senior leadership roles, including CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, CIO, CQO, CNO, and CHRO, and he has recruited for large, multi-facility integrated systems, pediatric hospitals and health systems, academic medical centers, hospital associations, and managed care companies.

He is the Chairman of HealthSearch Partners, a team of seasoned executive search professionals dedicated to serving healthcare system boards and C-suite executives, and previously served as President/CEO of his own boutique executive search firm, Southerland Partners. Prior to that, he held senior client partner and executive vice president roles at leading executive search firms, Korn/Ferry International and Witt/Kieffer.

Southerland holds a B.A. in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington and an MBA in Management from The University of Dallas. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the National Association of Children's Hospitals and Related Institutions (NACHRI) and also serves on the board of Heroes on the Water, a non-profit dedicated to helping wounded warriors and veterans unwind and reconnect through kayak fishing.
