David Lowe-Rogstad took a non-linear path to success with a career that has spanned almost every role in an agency and beyond. With over 20 years of experience, David's expertise includes operational planning, financial planning, budgeting, team building and mentorship, brand strategy, traditional and digital marketing, strategic planning, design thinking, sales, and relationship building.

David studied BA in History and Journalism at San Francisco State University and Film at California College of the Arts. He has used his knowledge to serve and support various organizations, including Gelateria Naia, Best Buddies Oregon, Oregon Manifest, and Pacific Northwest College of Art.

David is currently the CEO at Owen Jones and Partners, where he focuses on strategic growth, building resilient and sustainable businesses, and developing strong teams. David's background includes being a Board Advisor, Managing Director and CFO, Board Member, Adjunct Faculty, President, Creative Director, Interactive Art Director, Flash Designer and Developer, Production Manager, and Production Designer.
