Linzi Fidelin
Linzi Fidelin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement, capacity building, and sustainable agriculture. She is passionate about putting people at the center of social change and has worked with several international organizations, including Sphaera Solutions, Urbane Development, Grameen Foundation, and TechnoServe.
Linzi is also an entrepreneur - co-founding Books By Ani, a subscription box company focused on building inclusive communities through children's literature. Her educational background includes a graduate certificate in sustainable agriculture and food systems from Tufts University, and a BA in International Relations & Development Studies from the University of Sussex.
As the European Partnerships Lead at Sphaera Solutions, Linzi focuses on scaling what works in social change through technology. She brings a wealth of experience to this role, having previously served as a Capacity Building Consultant for organizations such as Palladium: Make It Possible, FAO, and the World Food Programme. Linzi is also an experienced facilitator, having completed training in facilitation skills.
Through her career, Linzi has developed expertise in public-private partnerships, leadership for social change practitioners, and people management and strategy. She has also conducted research on coffee farmers in Rwanda and brings a global perspective to her work.
