• Exhibited exceptional business understanding and relationship management skills by overseeing 150 global customer relationships for IoT and Blockchain services. 
• Developed and executed a successful Blockchain beta program, recruiting clients such as Ford, Boeing, UPS, and Shell. 
• Demonstrated technical expertise as the Senior Manager for IBM's new Personal Assistant product, engineered cutting-edge applications leveraging Watson's AI cognitive capabilities utilizing NLP and Predictive Analytics. 
• Developed and executed the strategy, delivery, and operational support of three new consumer-focused Watson product offerings within the hospitality, medical, and automotive industries. 
• Ensured adherence to new offerings' Personal Information data security and privacy regulations.

Principal Manager - Watson

• Successfully delivered multiple continuous delivery projects with budgets of $50M+ to revolutionize the mortgage origination process using SaaS applications and API's.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills by effectively managing ten project managers and over 600 matrixed project resources from 5 companies based in the US, India, China, Brazil, and Latin America to deliver complex multi-year customer engagements. 
• Implemented systems that resulted in significant improvements, including a 98% increase in loans funded per employee, a 59% decrease in operational cost per loan, and a reduction in the compliance error rate from 3% to 0.7%. 
• Strong experience in project management, delivering complex projects, and implementing systems that improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Senior Manager

• Demonstrated strong collaboration and communication skills by effectively coordinating with international clients, in-house developers, and vendor teams to design and implement technology-enabled client business solutions supporting regulatory changes.

• Provided expert consultation on requirements to critical groups within Wells Fargo, including the Consumer Credit Group, Mortgage, and Financial groups. 
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills by effectively training over 300 project managers and business analysts on requirements processes and methodologies. 
• Proven experience in building and leading project management teams, providing requirements consultation, training and mentoring project managers and business analysts, and performing requirements reviews.

Consultant

• Displayed exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities by crafting thorough requirements plans, business process models, use case models, activity diagrams, and use case documents. 
• Led the re-architecting of the bank-wide Mortgage Loan Processing system, significantly improving system performance and usability through the reduction of over 2,000 rules and associations. 
• Expertly managed the design and processes for Fees, Workflow, Payment, and Funds Transfer usage and set-up, as well as the back-end system Business Rules and Automation Objects for the bank-wide mortgage system. 
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and re-architecture of systems, leading to significant performance and usability gains. 
• Strong experience in mortgage loan processing, workflow management, payment and funds transfer systems, and business rules and automation objects.
