Lakeisha Poole is a seasoned attorney and accomplished businesswoman with a passion for career development and diversity initiatives. She graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and the University of California, Los Angeles, with a JD in Law and a BA in Political Science, respectively. Lakeisha is a partner at Black Virtual Career Fair, a company dedicated to matching black professionals to diversity-minded employers via virtual career fairs. Prior to this, she founded and led Talent Karma, an enterprise software company that leverages data and artificial intelligence to optimize hiring decisions. Lakeisha has also held various advisory, legal, and managerial roles at organizations such as Jackson Square Ventures, Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, Heller Ehrman, and CSCC. She is a former co-founder and co-host of Culture Is Karma, a podcast that showcases diverse thought leaders from the world of business and beyond. Lakeisha is a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion who constantly seeks to improve the lives and experiences of underrepresented communities.
