Ross Buckley, a retired KPMG Executive Chairman, is now focusing on helping New Zealand businesses and leaders succeed in times of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. With 38 years of experience with KPMG, Buckley has managed various divisions such as audit and risk, tax, people and performance, and has served as an Executive Chairman for KPMG NZ. He was also a Board member of KPMG Asia Pacific Board and a member of the KPMG Global Council. Before his career with KPMG, Buckley graduated with a BBS from Massey University. He is currently an Independent Director at ASB Bank and has been on the Massey Business School Advisory Board. Buckley's passion revolves around helping New Zealand enterprises and organizations grow while keeping our communities thriving. His enthusiasm for a prosperous and sustainable economy is evident in his belief that New Zealand can live up to its potential as a small but globally successful country with unparalleled natural resources. In his free time, Buckley enjoys spending time with his family and indulging in cycling and long-distance running.
