• Responsible for staffing and organizing the Client Success team during our largest period of growth, going from ~20 to ~50 employees in 18 months.
• Lead and optimized internal on-boarding, training and process management for all account management/client operations team hires (up to 5 at a time).
• Created and implemented a 5 tier promotion path for the Account Manager role with detailed role descriptions to track milestone achievements and monitor promotion progression across the team. This promotion path was used as the model for other departments' growth paths.
• Created new salary bands for each role in the AM  promotion path, and developed a new bonus structure adding a comp variable earning potential of 20% for the AM role while maintaining profitable gross margins for the company.
• Oversaw and aided Team Leads (managers) with both client strategy and people management.

Vice President of Client Operations

• Managed, recruited and trained the account management/client operations team.
• Contribute to ongoing product development efforts/initiatives to better set up the AM team for success.
• Responsible for customer on-boarding, as well as email outbound  campaign management.
• Improved our renewal workflow to better organize/track upcoming renewal conversations and strategies.

• Awarded top internet sales consultant for 2012 & 2013, silver award for 2014.
• Maintained a client data base and executed regular follow-up to generate interest for Ford, Lincoln and Chevrolet products.
• Initiate communication with over 150 prospects daily through phone and email to schedule in person appointments.
• Coordinated with multiple departments to answer customer inquiries and complete sale transactions prior to arrival. This includes obtaining finance quotes and rates, quotes for parts, extended service plans, and trade-in appraisals.
• Created email templates used by the department and helped train new hires in client service techniques, work flow and developed new processes.
• Responsible for learning and communicating new product information with prospects through phone calls and emails to increase sales.

Internet Sales Consultant

As an operation intern I worked directly with park managers assisting with daily operations and long term operations such as budgeting and scheduling. I attended and contributed ideas for the future plans of the agency in commissioner meetings and general staff meetings. I also worked with the South Carolina State Parks Service to create an internship/volunteer recruitment flyer which gained awareness for the all-taxa biodiversity inventory in South Carolina.
