Julian Knabe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. With a focus on cross-border transactions, Julian has worked as an advisor to major corporations, as well as in corporate development roles. He has a strong international background, having worked with companies in Russia, Austria, and the United States.

Julian studied Business Engineering at Universität Karlsruhe, and then went on to pursue executive education at University of California, Berkeley and Harvard Law School. He has also held a number of internships, including stints at PwC and Gulf Piping Company.

In his current role as Director and Corporate Development Lead EMEA at Fortive, Julian is responsible for overseeing the company’s strategic M&A initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to joining Fortive, he worked as an M&A Project Manager at Siemens and served as Vice President at UniCredit Bank – Russia.
