Shannon Rosedale is a highly experienced and dedicated public policy and advocacy professional who is working towards ending poverty through innovation, advocacy, and collaboration between the public and private sectors. She has obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Policy - Social Policy, a Graduate Degree in Social Work: Management Leadership, Community Practice, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work. With her academic background and vast experience, she has held several positions including Public Policy and Advocacy Manager, Research, Innovation & Opportunity Assessment Coordinator, Policy Analyst, and Public Affairs and Relations Manager, all at Catholic Charities Fort Worth. She has also worked at the Office of the Mayor and 311 Call Center at City of Knoxville, volunteered at the Institute for Policy Studies, worked as a Case Manager at Volunteers of America and Willow Oaks Rehabilitation Center, and worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Tennessee. Shannon's expertise and skills extend to social policy research, program development, policy analysis, community organizing, leadership & management, training & facilitation, advocacy, case management, and human trafficking research.
