Mykhailo Marchenko is a seasoned IT professional with 10 years of experience in the industry. He started as a software engineer and gradually worked his way up to management positions. He has a strong preference for agile projects and has extensive expertise in methodologies like RUP, Kanban, Scrum, and XP. As a developer, he has worked on web projects, enterprise systems, medical documents flow, and ERP projects, with expertise in Java, Flex, and Python.

Marchenko has a Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence from Harkivs'kij Deržavnij Tehnicnij Universitet Radioelectroniki. He has managed teams and held leadership positions in organizations like Spintech Software, Footies, Ratio Software Engineering, AgileEngine, and Fastdev AB. He has also served as an evangelist and project manager at organizations like QuickBlox and SoftServe.
