With a background spanning over 12 years in leveraged finance across esteemed institutions like JP Morgan and Bank of America, Zameli excels in sourcing acquisition targets, managing capital markets, and financing leveraged transactions such as buy-outs, mergers, and restructuring of overleveraged balance sheets.
