Manisha Prabhakar is an experienced education manager with a passion for developing people and helping organizations achieve their learning and development goals. With a Master of Science (MSc) in Drug Toxicology and Safety Pharmacology and a PGCE in Science with Chemistry, she has a background in teaching science that spans nearly a decade. Manisha has taught at Brigshaw High School and transferred her pedagogical knowledge to providing support to learners as an Education Advisor at Synap Education, followed by working as a Note Taker Support Worker at Clear Links Support Ltd. and a Personal Care Assistant at Leeds Centre for Integrated Living. She now heads the Education Manager position at Synap, using her experience to help businesses and training providers scale, personalize training, and measure training outcomes over time with data-driven metrics, KPIs, and ROI.
