He also served as the Director of Revenue Cycle Director for UW Health and was responsible for the Registration, Eligibility Verification, Financial Assistance, Pre-pay Collections, Point of Service Collections, Enrollment, Billing, Claims and Remittance, Cash, and Payment Posting, Insurance Followup and Denial Resolution. Furthermore, Mark is a former Epic implementer.
