Rafael Wild Campos is a well-rounded professional with a diverse background in business administration, management, and economics. He completed his high school education in Palm Beach before pursuing his undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Economics at the Universidade de São Paulo.

Rafael has worked in various roles, including as an Associate Consultant at Heartman House Consulting and as a Professor and Innovation Consultant at ConquerLabs. He has experience working as an Agile Coach, Product Owner, and Program Manager in different companies such as Company hero and weme.

In his spare time, Rafael is passionate about sports, nature, and social entrepreneurship. He co-founded Abore Permacultura, where he served as the Social Business Facilitator & Mentor, and, later, as the Co-founder & Product Manager. Rafael also enjoys sharing his knowledge and experiences, and has been a guest speaker at MST settlements, waldorf schools, family businesses, and companies such as 3M, MRV, Bosch, Gympass, Rede, and DHL.
