Ed Boiling is a London-based expert in leveraging Google Maps data and services to help businesses improve their revenue, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. With a background in software engineering, solution architecture, and technical consultancy for web-based geospatial projects, Ed has a solid track record of working with clients across EMEA to deliver effective solutions.

Ed earned his BA (Hons) in Geography from The University of Manchester and his Master's degree in Geographic Information Science (Distinction) from UCL. Before joining Google as a Customer Engineer for Google Maps, he worked as a Solution Architect and a GIS Consultant at ESRI (UK), focusing on building geospatial solutions for various industries. Prior to that, Ed worked as an Operations Executive for Voice Media and a Product Specialist for Telephone Interactive Media.
