Dani Nascimento is an experienced HR professional who has spent over 10 years in strategic and operational roles in the financial industry. She is a practical and driven individual who takes a can-do approach to each task to be done. Dani has developed expertise in employee relations, employee engagement, recruitment and selection, retention, training and development, and succession planning through her professional journey.

Dani holds a degree in Business Management, Administration, Business, and Marketing from IBMEC, and a degree in Human Resource Management from Universidade Estácio de Sá. She has also completed a degree in Pedagogy from Universidade Federal Fluminense.

Before becoming a Master Coach at Autônomo, Dani showcased her proficiency as the Head of Human Resources at Vitreo and the Manager of Human Resources and Partner at XP Investimentos. She was also the Employer Branding Specialist at Atento.
